Benefit

Significantly better than the R4 hose, exceeds the bending radius values according to SAE 100-R4 by far. Up to 40% tighter bend radius than the R4 hose.

Practical tip

Cutting the hose by means of a hand saw is most suitable. The spring steel spiral can eg. to be separated by a power cutters. Prevent injuries by disconnecting protruding ends of the spiral flush. The R4-hose may be cut in any case with a toothed circular blade! With a serrated circular blade there is a risk that the spring steel spiral gets stuck in the teeth of the circular knife, which not only damaged the knife but can result in significant injury to personnel.
